For the cleaning of industrial vessels, Turello has developed brush-washing systems, which remove incrustations through the mechanical action of the brushes, thus limiting the use of washing liquids. There are two different types of machines currently available, depending on the specific request of the customer, e.g. type of product to be removed, dimensions and/or other constructive features of the vessels used.         + Due to the use of solvent, the cleaning machines are normally manufactured in explosion-proof    version with pneumatic function mode logic + Manual locking of the vessel by means of belt + Solvent tank, capacity approximately 150 ℓ + Brush unit, tanks and ducts in stainless steel + Clamp for discharging the static energy of the vessels with automatic machine stop in case of vessel    unlocking + Platform for inclining the vessel or inclining the machine for approximately 5° + Additional washing circuits, e.g. for rinsing cycle + Ball valve installed on the cover, allows for fumes exhaust + Bigger dimensioned solvent tank     + Protection worker from skin trouble and respiratory disorder by solvent.Prevention fatigue + All waste of solvent or sealant is collected automatically: prevention of environmental pollution + Solvent is recycled so that solvent-consuming reduced + A large vessel is impossible to clean manually, but all vessels in the range of 680mmφ to 1,300mmφ    (inside diameter) are possible to clean automatically (Only, vessels including flat bottomed and    discharge pot are possible) + The vessel-cleaning time and number are inputted by worker, but the general cleaning time is 5 to 7    min/vessel, so that extra tanks (vessels) don’t need to be manufactured. (When manually cleaning, it    takes 30 to 40 min/vessel except for Rinsing. That is, cleaning time is short so that it is enough to    satisfy vessel-demand.) + All parts and areas touched to solvent are made from STS.304, so water and solvent (oily material)    can be used (option). + Turello cleaning machine (LW108/R) is flameproof (EX, e, II, T3) : it is explosion-proof, and thus safe. + In case, LN2 Gas purge / Automatic Butterfly Valve is supplied, so that it is much safe against fire.
